What is the Online Scheduling System?
The Online Scheduling System is an alternative way for you to schedule a driving exam. You may schedule an appointment up to 60 days in the future. Currently, you may book any written examination, your Class 5 road test, or a motorcycle road test (endorsements 6 and M) online. For all other driving test appointments, please call 1-844-TLK-2SGI.
Will I have better access to appointments by using MySGI?
No. Appointments are booked on a 1st-come 1st-serve basis, regardless of how they are scheduled.
Are appointments available at all test office locations?
No, the Online Scheduling System will only search for an appointment at the following locations:

What does My Eligible Appointments mean?
My Eligible Appointments lists any driver appointment you are currently eligible to schedule, including appointments you may have been asked to schedule. If a scheduled appointment appears to be missing from this page, please call us toll-free at 1-844-TLK-2SGI.
Are all appointment types available online?
Currently, you may book any written examination, your Class 5 road test, or a motorcycle road test (endorsements 6 and M) online. For all other driving test appointments, please call 1-844-TLK-2SGI.
Can I make more than 1 appointment for the same class of licence?
No, you may only schedule 1 appointment per customer, per class of licence.
What is a Required Exam and what is a Completed Exam for an appointment?
If you have already passed 1 or more exams at a previous appointment, those will appear under Completed Exams. All exams yet to be completed will appear under Required Exams. Remember that some appointments are composed of multiple exams.
Can I make an appointment for someone other than myself?
No, the person who is signed in to MySGI can only book an appointment for themselves. To book an appointment for someone else, call 1-844-TLK-2SGI or visit your motor licence issuer.
I need to reinstate my driving privileges. Can I make an appointment online to do this?
Reinstatement requirements vary, depending on the situation. To determine your eligibility and obtain information regarding reinstatement, please call us at 1-844-TLK-2SGI (1-844-855-2744).
When can appointments be scheduled during the week?
Regina and Saskatoon driver examination offices are open 8 a.m. -5 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Hours vary at other locations, and the schedule is based on demand.
Can I make an appointment for today?
No, unfortunately, same day appointments are not available online. Next-day appointments, however, may be available if you book before 6 p.m. For more information on scheduling an appointment, please call 1-844-TLK-2SGI.
How far in advance can I schedule an appointment?
You may schedule an appointment up to 60 days in advance.
Why do I have to provide a telephone number to make an appointment?
Your telephone number is required so we can reach you if it’s necessary to reschedule your appointment.
I am having trouble finding a convenient appointment date. What do I do?
You may wish to search for available appointments in other locations near you. You can also try again later, as there may be cancellations, or call a scheduling agent at 1-844-TLK-2SGI.
My customer information is incorrect. How can I fix this?
You can update your customer information in MySGI by selecting the edit button on the Personal Information section of the Home page when you are signed in. Please note that in order to update certain information (such as your legal name) you will be required to submit documentation. In those cases you will need to visit a motor licence issuer to make the change to your customer information.
I’m unable to print my confirmation page. Is my appointment still valid?
Yes, your appointment is booked before you reach the confirmation page. You do not need to bring your confirmation to the appointment.
How do I verify my online booking?
You can confirm appointments made online by selecting the Schedule My Driver Exam or Road Test link found under the My Driver Information icon. Under the Scheduled Appointments section, select the appointment you wish to view and choose Submit.
Can I cancel or reschedule an existing appointment in MySGI?
Yes you can cancel an appointment regardless of whether it was booked online, over the phone or in person. Select the Schedule My Driver Exam or Road Test link found under the My Driver Information icon. Under Scheduled Appointments, select the appointment you wish to cancel or reschedule and choose Submit. You can cancel any appointment, but you will only be able to reschedule exams that are available for online booking.
What is a 24-hour email reminder?
If you choose to receive a 24-hour email reminder, you will receive an automated email the morning before the day of your appointment. The email will confirm the type of appointment you have scheduled as well as the date, time and location of the appointment.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You should always bring your driver’s licence to any appointment. If you have booked a Class 5 road test, proof of driver education is required as well. You can refer to the Special Instructions section of your confirmation email or printed receipt for more details.
There is a scheduled appointment that I cannot cancel or change on MySGI. Why is this?
This appointment may have been booked by a driving school on your behalf. If you wish to cancel, reschedule or have further questions, you can contact your driving school or call an SGI scheduling agent at 1-844-TLK-2SGI.

When can I book a motorcycle basic ability road test or other motorcycle road test?
Road testing for motorcycles typically begins after street cleaning each spring and ends before the 1st snowfall each autumn. Please call 1-844-TLK-2SGI for assistance if you can’t find an available appointment time.
I prepaid for my appointment and am ready to schedule it now. How do I do this?
Select the Schedule My Driver Exam or Road Test link found under the My Driver Information icon. Under Prepaid Appointments, choose the appointment you wish to schedule and select Submit.
I prepaid for my appointment (purchased a receipt), how do I schedule an appointment now?
Select the Schedule My Driver Exam or Road Test link found under the My Driver Information icon. Under Prepaid Appointments, you will see all prepaid appointments that have not yet been scheduled. Select the appointment you wish to schedule and select Submit.
